Essential tremor
We provide comprehensive evaluation, treatment and ongoing care for patients with essential tremor at our Parkinson's and Movement Disorders Center. Our collaborative program offers you consultations with a highly trained group of experts to meet your individual care needs.
What is essential tremor?
Essential tremor — which causes uncontrollable shaking of your hands while performing daily activities like writing, eating, drinking or typing — can range from annoying to severely disabling. The condition may affect one side more than the other, and sometimes can spread to other parts of your body such as your head or even affect your voice.
